Shipping & Returns Shipping Information: Merchandise in stock is usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, we will try to special order it from the manufacturer. We will notify you by email of the expected shipping time or if we are unable to special order the selected merchandise. We use both FedEx and USPS depending on the package and the destination. Shipping takes generally 2 to 6 days depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost; please call and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your schedule. We ship only to the US and currently process only domestic credit cards. Used surf boards are available for in store pick up only. Returns and Exchanges: When you make a purchase at Progressionsurf.com, we want to ensure that you receive the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange it. Return Policy: We will exchange/return any merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, ridden or used, and is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Assembled skateboards or its parts may not be returned or exchanged. Women’s bikinis (tops and/or bottoms) may not be returned or exchanged. You may have a full refund as long as the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The credit card used on the original order will be used for any refunds or exchange price differences. Exchanges: Doesn’t fit? No problem! Send it back to us for an exchange. We’ll cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged merchandise back to you. To exchange merchandise, write us a note explaining what you want to do and drop the package off at any FedEx or USPS location. Returns: To return merchandise, drop the package (include a copy of the order receipt) off at any FedEx or USPS location. Important: Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Online orders may be returned to our store location. Defective / Incorrect Merchandise: We will happily exchange or refund any item found to be defective or incorrect. For all defective or incorrect items, we will incur the cost of the return shipping charges. To obtain a prepaid return label, please email us. |
